Hey It’s Jet Here.
Happy Hannukah for those who will celebrate at sundown. We’re participating in the Channukah Crawl this year, whoo hoo! Visit our feline friends, Ateret, Livia and Abbi and Miss Stephanie today over at Musings of a Cat Lady to learn about the Festival of Lights. Tomorrow, visit Gromek the Cat, for more cool Hannukah (I know, I spell it differently!) info.
You won’t believe what EZYDog did for Little Miss What Happened to My New Leash. Because of a series of rather serious stuff landing atop Mom’s never ending “To-Do” list over the last year, she never took proactive steps to let Ms. EZYDog know that Little Miss Welcome to Casa Jet’s swanky pink camo Mutley leash shredded in two places within the first two to three weeks of usage.
FINALLY, Mom got it together and decided to deal with it over the Thanksgiving long weekend. She wanted to call Ms. EZYDog, however, that option was not available. Mom hmpfed a little. She wrote the required email (she politely made her points) and poof… almost instantly she received a response from Mr. Brady.
Mr. Brady asked for some data and photos. Mom took them speedy quick and sent them. She showed Mr. Brady the difference from her interpretation of normal wear and tear and the original unraveling/shredding. She wrote that she LOVED the handle, the color, the concept (Mom bought the extension) and explained a few reasons for her inappropriate delay in communication.
Mr. Brady acknowledged Mom’s photos and said he would replace the leash. Immediately, Mom began bragging to everyone she encountered how well EZYDog handled our situation. Mom told Mr. Brady she would accept the credit under the following conditions:
- Mom and Mr. Brady would decide what would be the right items for JJ…
- Mom would pay the difference if there was any…
- Mom would write (well actually I would dictate, she would transcribe) a review for my blog…
- Mom would write a review on the EZYDog site. (She told Mr. Brady she may need technical guidance.)
Mom shared with Mr. Brady, that one of our blogpals had written a post on the harness with chest plate and would he recommend that for Little Miss I Learned to Pull from My Brother. He guided Mom through her options and told Mom how to measure Little Miss Svelte (VBP – vocab builder project) for her harness. Mom said it might take her a few days to get that done. Mr. Brady said he input a credit for Mom and set up and ID and password.
Mom ordered Monday and the package arrived Thursday. Mom unwrapped it today when she returned from the biscuit earning place and Little Miss Flaunt Her Pink Camo wore most of it tonight. (more on that later…)
Another great customer service day.
Thanks to Life With Dogs, Confessions of the Plume and Two Little Cavaliers for hosting the Saturday Blog Hop.

Woof! Woof! Happy Channukah! LOVE the color pink and Camo. Hope it works. if not a harness where’s the pull is on the bottom is better. That’s what I use. can’t wait to read your review. How about you Jet, where’s your present. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
Hey Sugar, Jet here.
Thanks so much Sugar.
Can we trouble you to share what company your harness came from? We’re curious to learn the difference in design.
Rumor has it that Mom’s cooking up something special for Hannukah tonight!
I will have to check out their website. I love places with great products and great service! You look beautiful in it, Little Miss!!! (And you are handsome, too, Jet!)
Hey Coop, Hey Buddy, Jet here. Hi Miss Laura.
Awww, shucks, thanks for saying… now I’m blushing. I’ll share your compliment with Little Miss when she wakes up from her mid morning snooze. 🙂
Brady is great isn’t he…He was a joy to deal with and I can’t recommend the EZYDOG company enough. Sorry you had trouble with that leash…So far Gizmo’s leash & harness are holding up very well. JJ is quite “fetching” in that pink camo 🙂 Happy Chanukah!
Hey Giz, Jet here. Hi Miss JG.
Darn, darn, darn…Mom couldn’t recall which blog did the review… her excuse? too much stuffy stuff in it from her headcold.
Dude, I’ll tell Little Miss Flirt, you think she’s fetching; I know it will make her day! 🙂
Happy Hannukah. 🙂
Honestly, the world NEEDS better Customer Service!!! Glad you got it all worked out!! Happy Weekend!! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug

Looking forward to getting to know you, too! We’ve never met a Posavac dog hound before!

Sorry for the late reply, we were quite behind. We’re glad to make your acquaintance, too! 🙂
Pretty in pink.
Hey it’s Jet here. Hi Miss Nanny.
Mom asked me to share that she’s smiling at the reference!
My mom prefers to just talk to someone when problems arise but these days that is almost always not an option. Glad the issue got resolved and the new set up looks swell! Happy Hannukah!
Hey Emma, Jet here. Hi Katie.
My Mom does, too, however, she did appreciate Mr. Brady’s multiple speedy emails in response to her issues.
Thanks so much, we think Mom might be cooking up something for us tonight!
That pink harness is so pretty and great customer service is a bonus!
Hey Brian, Jet here.
Thanks, Dude, I’ll let JJ know you think so… my human grandfather says that great customer service is the BEST ADVERTISING…
The pink color looks good!
Hey Hiro, Hey Suki, Jet here. Hi Miss Dianda.
I’ll let JJ know you said so!
Good! It looks really good with her golden color. 😉
Awww, Mom thought so, too! 🙂
Customer service is so important and it sounds like EzyDog did a great job. Nice looking harness!
Hey Sage, Jet here.
Thought you might like it, especially after we read your “Longhorn” post! Yes, sometimes, companies forget that.
Oh very nice. Customer service is always such a great thing.
Hey Roxy, Hey Torrey, Jet here. Hi Miss Mary.
We think they went the extra leash, since so much time had passed.
Happy Hanukkah!
Hey it’s Jet here. Hi Miss Bernadette.
Thanks so much… cross your paws and fingers that our machine lets us safely visit your pawesome blog in a few minutes!
Hey Jet, Glad everything got all straightened out! Happy Saturday!
Hey Y-Bo, Hey Daphne, Jet here. Hi Miss Loy.
We are too… we tried the whole leash with Little Miss Oops What Happened to the Other Two Feet of Leash, this morning… she was a bit perplexed!
We love pink camp! That is so cool! Glad it all worked out and EZYDog was “easy” to deal with!
Duh…suppose to be pink camouflage. Every time I type cam with the o it corrects me and types camp!
Hey Scout, Hey Teddy, Hey Ash, Jet here.
No worries… Mom says goofy stuff like that happens when that Ms. Siri tries to interpret Mom!
Hey Scout, Hey Teddy, Hey Ash, Jet here.
Good one! EZYDog was easy to deal with!!! My human sister, Rachel loves, pink camo, too!
Happy Hanukkah (yay, got the right day this time). How great to get decent service (makes a pleasant change these days).
Hey Lady Litchi, Hey Sabre, Hey Boks, Jet here. Hi Miss Susan.
Thanks so much, there’s a rumor in Casa Jet that Mom may be cooking up a Hannukah treat for us!
Indeed, Mom was raised that it’s equally important to let everyone know when service is great because it’s more common to share when the outcome is negative.
Well Jetty, I’m all for promoting the positive things in life. We’re subjected to enough negativity each day. Putting positive thoughts out can help balance things (in fact we need to, in order to keep the balance). Thanks for doing so.
Hey Lady Litchi, Hey Sabre, Hey Boks, Jet here. Hi Miss Susan.
Yippee, you understand… we really try to do that a lot, because otherwise, you can get this thingie called bitter. Mom says otherwise life can get overwhelming…
Happy Hannauka 🙂 are interweb is not working very well, getting a new router on Weds..Just have a fantastic time..I love Pink 🙂 xx00xx
Mollie and Alfie
Hey Mollie, Hey Alfie, Jet here. Hi Miss Stella.
Thanks so much, we cannot wait to sport our swanky new bandannas. Ruby came by last night and asked Mom to print out your Hannukatized picture for her to bring to school! (She’s in 2nd grade!) 🙂
Oh gosh, hope your computer gets stronger before Wednesday even.
Thought you would like pink, Mollie… it would compliment your fur nicely!
Hope you have a happy chanukah!!!!! Barks and licks and love, Dakota and Mom
Hey Dakota, Hey Cody, Jet here. Hi Miss Caren.
Back at ya! Sending chag sameach Jetty kisses and JJ hugs!
Happy Hannauka!
Really nice customer care, we are missing that around here.
Hey Doggy, Jet here.
Thanks, Dude… we had a fun first night with our pal Dixie! She gave us pawesome presents!
We often experience negative customer service which is why we wanted to share the good stuff!~
Uh, Doggy? we saw a funny comment with photo about you on Mollie’s site today… Should we expect further interactions between you two in the near future?
Hello Jet and happy Channukah! Have you opened your presents yet? We’re gonna open ours soon. We send many purrs to you and all your family.
Hey Ateret, Hey Livia, Hey Abbi. Hi Miss Stephanie.
We had an impromptu gathering with our friends. Mom made latkes during the visit. We received gifts, however there was so much going on, Mom’s going to give them to us tonight! (they will last about 5-10 minutes!)
What did you guys (Mom’s NJ term of endearment) receive? Did you see Gromek’s beautiful menorahs???
Sending Happy Hannukah wishes. 🙂
yanno, most of that harness & leash stuff went right over our little kitty heads! But good customer service is always a good thing!!
Hey FaRaDaY, Hey Maxwell, Hey Allie, Jet here.
Totally understand… we wanted to share good feedback on custormer service since more frequently you hear about the negative. 🙂
Happy Hanukkah 🙂 sorry we are late xxx
Hey Archie, Hey Henry, Hey Oscar, Jet here.
Thanks so much… you’re perfectly on time. The great thing about Hannukah is you have 8 nights to send wishes! Whoo hoo!
It’s great to hear about good customer service – yay!!
And I have to say Jetty I’m pretty smitten with those picks of Little Miss Pretty in Pink!! Ooooh!! 🙂
Wags to all
Your pal Snoopy 🙂
Hey Snoopy, Jetty here. Hi Miss Annette.
We like sharing the good, since it’s so easy to go negative…
Awww, Snoops, are you developing a crush on my sis? 🙂
