Wordless Wednesday – Graceful Swimming…

Hey It’s Jet Here.

We found another awesome picture from our friends at PhotoBotos.  We selected this photo by Jody MacDonald because the elephant almost looks as if he’s smiling underwater.  He reminded Mom of her favorite sea mammal, the dolphin, for some reason.

Now retired, Rajan lives the life he deserves.

Another great swimming day.

  1. If I had a trunk like an elephant, I wouldn’t be scared to swim. I’d let my self sink to the bottom, thrust up my trunk so I could breath, and then just stroll around. How fun would that be?

    • Hey Sabrina, Jet here.

My sister, Koko, a GOLDEN, may she be frolicking over the Rainbow Bridge, was TERRIFIED of swimming which Mom always thought so odd, considering her heritage. Mom adopted Koko at 2, 2 1/2, so, she never knew the whole story. We’re hoping when JJ’s stitches heal, we can determine if my new golden sister likes to swim. I like to swim although I do not swim often because I get so itchy….

      What a great description Sabrina… super fun…

  2. Such a great picture – that Elephant sure looks like he’s having fun!! 🙂

Love the badge, I hadn’t noticed that 🙂

    Wags to all

    Your pal Snoopy 🙂

  3. He reminds me of Apache because Apache always looks like he’s smiling! If he were just a little bit taller he could reach the bottom.

    Happy Wednesday!
    Colby

    • Hey Apache, Jet here. Hi Mr. Colby.

Awww, Apache, you have a true golden soul, you smiley guy. Mom says perhaps a few more stretching exercises could help Rajan reach the bottom!!!

      Happy Wednesday right back.

  4. Hi sweet Jetty – love the picture – aren;t elephant just amazing! I always love to watch shows about them on TV they are so intelligent and really show love for one an other and take such great care of their young! I think humans could learn alot from them!

Guess what Jetty -I;m taking a short trip on Friday with Jacob. We are going to spend a few days with my Sis and her family! They live about 1/2 hour outside of Boston, Massachusetts. We had these tickets last summer but my sis hurt her back so we had to cancel and are using them on Friday! We are so excited to see family and friends and giggle, shop , eat and just hang with my Sis and BIL. Neither of my 2 grown up nephews will be there, one is on a business trip and one is still in Maryland at college but it;ll be great anyway! We leave on Friday and come back on Tuesday. I won;t have computer access but please know I will think about you often and send you lotsa hugs and kisses in my mind and in my prayers.

Anyway sending trunk fulls (in honor of the elephant pic! heeeheee!!) of goodnight hugs and kisses ti you, JJ, Mom, Rachel and Pluffy xoxoxox
