Besides giving us lots of attention in a short amount of time, the BEST part of Ish’s visit is this:
Mom has the AUDACITY (vocabulary builder) to deliver all but 1 dozen. Mom, what about ‘ol Jetty boy? Don’t I deserve a dozen myself? I will even concede and share half with Little Miss I’ll Have What He’s Having!

Since Ish lives far away from most of us, Mom gets a group of friends to tell her how many dozens they want and then she is the drop off/pick up place. I have to say, when she boils eggs for herself, she always throws in 2 extra for JJ and I. When she only eats the whites, we get the yellows!!!
Nice! A fridge full of eggs sure looks good. I just picked up a dozen duck eggs that I need to eat soon.

so Jet…do ya like em raw? hard boiled? and do ya eat the shells too???? just wonderin’….Mom says her Sibes liked ’em hard boiled and they ate the WHOLE thing!

We like em hard boiled, scrambled, and in an omelet so far… no shells, Mom uses them in the garden to discourage the snails from chomping on the leaves of her veggies as well as giving calcium back to the soil. 🙂

We had hard boiled eggs on Sunday morning and then mom’s leftover hard boiled egg yolks yesterday… good stuff!
Hi sweet Jetty – I’m extra tired today (didn’t sleep well last night) plus Cassie and I got stuck taking a walk in a huge rain deluge and her and I were soaked to the bones!!! so I;m off to catch some zzz’s! I hope you and your family had a nice day and Mom is feeling all better.

Oh gosh Miss Wendy, sorry to hear about your outside unintended shower with Cassie. Time to get dry and cozy under the covers. We had a tough time during the two storm bands today, however, got super lucky in that the sun came out just in time for our evening constitutional. 🙂
Mom’ tummy seems to be getting back to normal… she asked me to share that sometimes its an ear infection which does this crazy dizzy/tummy thing!

JJ and I like apples (we’ll share the peels with you) and stems on collards etc… we like other veggies better than the leafy ones, so we can share with you.

Oh gosh, they’re not all for me… unfortunately… Mom shares them with friends and family… we just help Ish so he does not have to drive all over creation for a dozen eggs here and a dozen there etc… 🙂
