Boy did Mom get a surprise this morning when she went over to feed Buddy breakfast and take him for a walk. You see, Saturday night, Buddy slept at his house with Mom following Miss Cindy’s instructions.
When Mom got to the kitchen, this is what she saw. Notice the bar at the top, you can see how many blinds went kaput!
She’s sparing us the floor scene, because she wanted to get the bits and pieces off the floor so Buddy wouldn’t chew anything else. She decided to put the “evidence” in Miss Cindy’s bathroom, in case she and Mr. Pat need to see it for any reason.
JJ and I might have mentioned Mischief Monday the other night to the little Dude, but, gosh, we didn’t mean for him to go all Great White Buddy!
Another, uh oh Buddy day!

Mr. Colby, Miss Cindy was so laid back about the whole situation. She apologized to Mom for Buddy causing trouble. Mom apologized to Miss Cindy for causing any worry during her holiday… neither seemed upset with the Bud-man… pretty cool, huh?

Nope, Mom didn’t blame us at all… we did receive some yummy steamed broccoli and cauliflower last night! Buddy broke through a screen when Mom went back to tuck him in last night. oops… seems he has some big redecorating ideas!

Thanks for visiting our blog yesterday, it’s nice to meet new peeps! In answer to your question a croft is a farm… But a fairly small one. Most crofts consist of a house and a field or two. We live in a village which is comprised of crofts and communal grazing land, the moors and suchlike. Hope this explained it a bit! Most crofters have sheep on their land. So when we go for walk we see lots.

Hi sweet Jetty – well I can;t help but feel bad for Buddy – he must be missing his parents and of course he missed your Mom so he took it out on those blinds – Also I was thinking is he scared of storms? maybe this occured as a result of him being scared of a storm? well I sure hope his parents are forgiving to him. I did hear the weatherman say the dry season should start soon – lets hope so!

p.s. I finally had time today to give the dogs a much needed spa morning! Cassie got a warm bath with medicated shampoo, blow dry, brush out, fur trim and manicure while Barkley got a wipe down with bath wipes as the poor guy can’t tolerate the groomer at this stage so he lets me wipe him down and he even let me trim his nails and brush him a little. Rex is all set as he just got a trim a while ago. They all look and smell lovely!!!

Hi sweet Jetty – it took a while to get Cassie used to the blow dryer – I did for a few seconds at a time – followed by a treat, and worked our way up slowly over time and now she doesn;t mind it at all. It makes her blond fur so fluffy! night sweet boy xoxoxox
